1. Terms

By accessing or using OGOOD MINECRAFT (the “Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Site. The materials on the Site are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

2. Use License

1. Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on the Site for personal, non-commercial, transitory viewing only. This is a grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:
   1. modify or copy the materials;
   2. use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial);
   3. attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the Site;
   4. remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials; or
   5. transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server.
2. This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by OGOOD MINECRAFT at any time. Upon terminating your viewing of these materials or upon the termination of this license, you must destroy any downloaded materials in your possession whether in electronic or printed format.

3. Consent to Data Collection

These Terms incorporate our Privacy Policy, which explains how we and our service providers collect and use data. By using the Site you consent to such collection and use as described in the Privacy Policy. You may revoke consent as described in the Privacy Policy.

4. Limitations on Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OGOOD MINECRAFT AND ITS VENDORS OR SERVICE PROVIDERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUES, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SITE. IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO OGOOD MINECRAFT IN THE SIX MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100), TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW.

5. Binding Arbitration

(Applicable to users in Canada.)

You and OGOOD MINECRAFT agree that disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site will be resolved by binding arbitration, rather than in court, except where otherwise required by applicable law. The arbitration will be conducted in accordance with the rules of the ADR Institute of Canada ("ADRIC") or another mutually agreed arbitration provider. The arbitration will be governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to its conflicts of law rules. You may still bring individual claims in small claims court if eligible. By agreeing to arbitration you and OGOOD MINECRAFT waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in a class, collective or representative action, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

6. Revisions and Errata

The materials on the Site may include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. We do not warrant that any materials are accurate, complete, or current. We may revise the materials at any time without notice.

7. Links

The Site may contain links to third-party sites. We have not reviewed all linked sites and are not responsible for their content. Use of linked sites is at your own risk and does not imply endorsement.

8. Modifications to Terms

OGOOD MINECRAFT may revise these Terms at any time. By using the Site after such changes are posted, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.
